The client requests the special info for a list of sites.
This list is the result of partitioning the full list of sites so that each partition has at most `pageSize` sites.

In Cesium a polyline having all it's points at the same coordinates is not rendered.

Add support for requesting the spacial info using the map's date and updating it when the date changes.
